Privacy policy

Dawn Patrol Studio is run by Ermes Triscornia, a sole trader in Perth, Western Australia (ABN 39 314 301 843). This page explains what personal information we collect, why, and what you can ask us to do with it. Questions: team@dawnpatrolstudio.com.

If you use our forms or email us

• What we collect: your name, email address, website, trade and suburb if you give them, and anything you write to us.
• Why: to send you the free site score or homepage preview you asked for, reply to you, and quote for a website if you ask for one. We don't sell your details or add you to a mailing list.
• Where it goes: form requests are sent through Cloudflare (which hosts this site) to our email inbox, hosted by Google. Both may process it outside Australia.
• How long: while we're talking with you or building for you, then up to two years for our records, unless you ask us to delete it sooner.

If we score your website

To score a site we look only at public information: the website itself, its Google Business Profile, its Google rating and review count, and where it appears in Google search. Our research (the Local Website Benchmark 2026) was built the same way. We don't publish a business's score without its permission. If you'd like your business left out of future research, email us and we'll do it within 5 business days.

If we contact your business

We sometimes email businesses whose website we've scored, using a contact address or contact form the business publishes for enquiries. We keep the business name, that address, where we found it, the date, and whether you replied. Reply "stop" (or anything like it) and we won't contact you again; we keep your address on a do-not-contact list only so we don't email it by mistake.

If you're a client

• Call tracking (Growth): the tracking number records each call's time, length and caller number so you can see what the site brings in. Only you and we see these records, and they're deleted when the tracking number is turned off.
• The enquiry guarantee: we only need the totals you count, not your customers' details.
• Review requests: we write them, you send them to your own customers. We never contact your customers ourselves.

Analytics and cookies

This site doesn't set tracking cookies or run advertising pixels. Its fonts load from Google Fonts, so Google sees your IP address when the page opens.

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you. If you're unhappy with how we've handled it, tell us first; you can also complain to the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner (oaic.gov.au).
